Randy Otomo considers his specialty in bringing fitness training to the individual. His clients include busy individuals who have a difficult time trying to meet fitness goals on their own. Randy creates an individualized plan that helps his clients meet physical strength needs, cardiovascular health, stress reduction and proper eating habits. Randy Otomo- For his own training, Randy works out at a local gym four to five days a week. He runs regularly and competes in 5k events. He also enjoys backpacking and hiking in the mountains and playing tennis.
